Account Balance and Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Cases
  • Once you have entered the 'Spoofing' page and selected a purchased card, we cannot process any refunds, as the content has already been made available to you.
  • If you mistakenly add a large $500 amount of funds, we do not offer refunds because the plan limit is $500. The remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
  • If you stop spoofing and do not report the issue within one week, no refund will be offered.
Refundable Cases
  • If you purchased a card and the provider is no longer active or the service does not work, you must:
    1. Go to the "Download" section
    2. Download and execute the "Spoofer" script on your server
    3. Collect the results
    4. Report the issue via Telegram only: @blacklayer
    After verification, the refund will be issued by adding the amount to your account balance.
  • If you add funds exceeding the account limit of $500, we will add $500 to your account balance and refund the excess amount.
Important Provider Disclaimer
  • If you already know the provider, country, or location, you must contact us via Telegram before purchasing. Send the provider link and wait for confirmation: @blacklayer
  • If you purchase a card for a provider you already know and later request a refund, no refund will be issued. You must contact us before purchasing via Telegram, send the provider URL to @blacklayer, and wait for confirmation. If confirmed as not suitable, do not buy the card. If you do not know the provider, you may safely purchase a card for a new provider.
  • If you purchase a card without asking first, and the provider is already known to you, no refund will be issued. Always contact us on Telegram first to verify the provider: @blacklayer
  • If you are unsure, purchase a card only from a new or unknown provider to be safe.
Refund Fees

We do not offer a 100% refund of the correct amount, as a return fee (1% to 5%) may be deducted depending on the payment provider.
